Products & Artwork

Emiliebecker.com offers art prints, original artwork, commissions, and other art-related products.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between what is displayed on your screen and the physical artwork due to differences in screens, printing processes, paper, and materials.

Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Any applicable taxes will be displayed as part of the purchase process.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders

An order is considered confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email.

If an item becomes unavailable or an error has occurred regarding price or product information, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal

For eligible products purchased online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact hei@emiliebecker.com within the 14-day period.

Returned products must be handled with reasonable care and returned in their original condition where possible. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless otherwise agreed.

Commissions & Personalized Artwork

The right of withdrawal does not apply to artwork or products made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.

This includes, for example, commissioned portraits, personalized illustrations, and artwork created specifically according to information or specifications supplied by you.

Where applicable, this will be made clear before you place your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact hei@emiliebecker.com as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

If the claim is accepted, a replacement, repair, refund, or other appropriate solution will be offered in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided on the website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, production time, postal services, customs, and circumstances outside our control.

Uncollected or Incorrectly Addressed Packages

If a package is returned because it was not collected or because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply if the order is sent again.

Copyright & Use of Artwork

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Artwork purchased from Emilie Becker is for personal use unless commercial usage rights have been agreed separately in writing.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the artwork without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to consumers under mandatory Norwegian consumer protection legislation.
