Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after printing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and postal services.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To make a return, please contact hei@emiliebecker.com before sending the item back.

Items should be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Commissions & Personalized Artwork

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to commissions, personalized artwork, or other products made specifically according to your individual specifications.

This includes commissioned portraits and personalized illustrations created specifically for you.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hei@emiliebecker.com with a photo of the item and packaging where relevant.

I’ll make sure we find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not collected, please contact hei@emiliebecker.com to arrange re-shipment.
