Shipping & Returns

• Free Shipping: Standard shipping is on me! Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after printing.

• Returns & Replacements: Because prints are made specifically for you, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email a photo to hei@emiliebecker.com for a free replacement right away!

• Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or uncollected delivery, contact me to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping costs apply).

Production & Print Quality

• Made to Order: All art prints (except originals) are printed on demand to eliminate unnecessary excess stock and waste.

• Paper Options:

  • Museum-Quality Matte (250 gsm): Heavyweight, off-white uncoated paper with an acid-free archival finish to prevent yellowing over time. Perfect for large statement pieces and gallery walls.

  • Fine Art Giclée Print (200 gsm): Printed using a 12-color archival inkjet process on smooth matte paper. Best for soft gradients, delicate linework, and skin-tone details.

  • Premium Matte Poster (200 gsm): Smooth, glare-free FSC-certified paper. Great for vibrant everyday decor and budget-friendly framing.

• Finish & Durability: All papers feature a glare-free matte finish that looks great in bright sunlight. Both Museum-Quality and Giclée options are fully archival and acid-free.
